Bondev House and Lawns has been the host for many music festivals, trade shows and enthusiast expos.
The indoor areas are perfect for setup of smaller expos, the Chapel/Thatch area is ideal for storage of food/beverages and the lawns are great for beer gardens, food trucks and stalls and relaxation areas for the visitors and festival goers!
The area is simple to manage for access control via speed fencing, and WC areas can be designated far enough away not to be an eyesore, but close enough for convenience!
Up to 5,000 people can enjoy your festival at a time and a parking area that can host over 800 cars can be demarcated. Uber and Bolt pick up and drop-off points are suggested .
The Hotel is within walking distance of the venues and an ideal place to stay for your organisers, musicians and VIP’s!

LAYOUT: Bondev House is perfect for smaller expos or as part of mid-size festivals. The whole inside area and breakaway can be used for exhibits or stalls including the VIP Nomadik Tent on the side.
Surrounded by large rolling lawns and bordered by the Hennops River. The lawns can become resting areas or be covered with food stalls or product displays
The lawns on the side of Bondev can host a few thousand festival goers and can accommodate the SAB party truck or a prebuilt stage.
