We collect your name, contact number, business name and email address and name for general contact if you reached out to us first and we need to respond to you with information.

Additionally, our email newsletter (which has a double opt-in feature and a clickable removal link to be blocked from receiving news via bulk email) gives you the option of providing us with more details which includes your country as well as your birthday

Comments

When visitors leave comments on the site or social media, we may collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection. This is server based as well as utilising service provided by Google Analytics.

Media

Images presented from third party service providers are done with the understanding that they hold all the copyrights and publishing rights thereto. Should you find an infringement, please contact us so that we can remove the infringing imaging.

Our contact forms requests a certain amount of data which is stored in our booking/quoting system and global address book on our small business servers.

How long we retain your data

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
